Local preferences and files

Reset favourites, currency and logo in My tools. Clear this site's browser data to remove cached resources and authentication storage. Files processed locally are not uploaded by the PDF, image, video, archive or CSV tools. Delete downloaded results using your device's file manager. Resetting preferences does not delete downloads or account records.

Account and server records

Contact the operator privately to request access, correction or deletion of account or usage records. State the request and the account identifier you normally use; never send your password, an SMS code or a sign-in token. The operator may need to verify control of the account before acting. Applicable law determines response deadlines, available rights and any lawful retention exceptions.

Other services and complaints

Third-party authentication, AI or infrastructure providers may hold separate records under their own terms. The operator should explain the applicable services and any limits on deletion. Depending on your location, you may also have a right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority. A public GitHub issue is not a private data-request channel.
